Kim Willey, Director of Business Development

Kim Willey is a lifetime resident of Sussex County, Delaware. She graduated from Woodbridge High School. She earned a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Psychology from Salisbury University. After college, Kim married her high school sweetheart Clay Willey. They have two boys, Caleb & Joshua. Kim and her family love spending time at the beach and doing any activity that gives them time together.

Early in her marriage, Kim worked for five years in advertising sales for The Light FM (101.3 WXPZ), a Christian radio station, in Milford. She took a break to start their family and after a ten year hiatus from radio, Kim became a part of the committee that worked on launching The Bridge.

Kim grew up being a music lover knowing every song on the radio and wanting to someday be a famous singer or have her own TV variety show like Carol Burnett or Tracey Ullman. As a kid, she used to make commercials, sing songs and create “shows” on her tape recorder and talk about how someday she would be famous or have her own advertising agency.

An interesting fact about Kim is that she loves to do impersonations. So every time she hears an interesting voice or sees a funny video, you guessed it, she’s adding to her routine.
