Job Description: WRITER - BIBLE STUDY & DEVOTION CONTENT
The Bridge seeks writers interested in contributing to Guest Blog Posts for periodic and seasonal BIBLE STUDY & DEVOTION content throughout 2025, and perhaps beyond.
The campaign goal is to provide our listeners with devotions focused on common life topics or struggles, tenets of the Christian Faith, living out the Christian faith, and the liturgical cycle, and to gain search engine exposure through keywords.
Writers are required to perform their own research, get a topic approved, then write a brief blog post. The content may be shared on-air, online, on social, via text or email, and in print.
LENGTH:
Approx 300 words for each blog post. Accurate, Interesting, Compelling, Unique Voice. The Bridge seeks daily blog posts that may cover a wide range of Christian Devotion topics.
COMPENSATION:
The Bridge sets a quarterly budget for each devotion project. Authors will also receive attribution, including Headshot, Description, and Website/Social Links.

Job Description: INTERNSHIP - BROADCAST MEDIA, DIGITIAL CONTENT, MARKETING AND EVENTS
The Bridge of Hope, Inc offers internships at the radio station in various departments as an opportunity for students to apply classroom theory to practical work experience. As an intern at The Bridge you will have exposure to, and gain experience in a broadcast radio organization. Our internship program allows students to experience firsthand the reality of working in the radio broadcasting industry. Interns can test their creative talent, exercise their analytical skills and increase their understanding of broadcasting operations and trends.
The minimum length of the internship and hours of work will meet the minimum requirements outlined by the intern’s school or university. The Bridge internship will not exceed 15 weeks, with a maximum of 12 hours of work per week.
The Bridge internship program follows a ‘Tell-Show-Do-Apply’ method of instruction. The internship can be weighted toward specific courses of study or area of interest.
Qualifications
All interns must be college students and receive college credits for the internship. Station department heads
oversee the internships to evaluate the interns and ensure they are receiving the proper education/training. Students
are expected to obtain and complete any forms necessary to receive credit for the internship experience. The Bridge of Hope, Inc will assist students with the completion of such forms and provide information concerning duties and responsibilities.
Opportunities
Internships are available year-round and are 12-15 hours per week, for a 10-15 week length program. Specific days and times will be agreed upon in advance. Internships at The Bridge of Hope, Inc offer exposure to, and experience in, a broadcast radio organization. Internship programs may include: Events Department, Marketing Department, Programming Department, Production Department, Donor Development, Business Development, and Engineering/Information Systems.
