Alison Kristunas, Director of Donor Development
Alison Kristunas was born in New Castle County and while she spent most of her time in Delaware – she technically grew up just over the line in Pennsylvania. Following her graduation from Archmere Academy, Alison went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Management. Her career path has taken her from serving as a social worker in child welfare to administration in Christian education.
Ten years after first hearing The Bridge in a friend’s home, Alison is elated to now be a part of the team. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with listeners and hearing how The Bridge has impacted their lives!
Alison married her high school sweetheart and they are twenty-six years into their love story. They have been blessed with two incredible sons, who keep the family brimming with excitement and on a constant search for new adventures!
Early in the pursuit of her undergraduate degree, Alison dreamed of going into medicine until she realized that she didn’t have the heart (or stomach) for the dissection of cadavers – which precipitated a quick change from a major of Biology to the study of Psychology.
