A fun hands-on event on bike safety for children.

Join us on Saturday, May 30th starting @ 9am in the parking lot for a Bike Rodeo hosted by The Bridgeville Library and The Heritage Shores Bicycle Group.
This event is open to all ages and limited to 50 participants. We will be joined by a Bridgeville Police Department Officer and a Delaware State Police Community Engagement Officer during this event.
Our Bike Rodeo will be a fun, hands-on event that teaches and reinforces essential bicycle safety skills covering key topics such as proper helmet fit, hand signals, safe riding behaviors, key rules of the road, and awareness of cars and pedestrians.

The library will provide a hot dog meal, water, or lemonade for each child.
Free materials will also be available.
