KEYNOTE SPEAKER

STEPHEN "SHEP" SHEPPARD

Most church production teams are guessing every weekend. Stephen Sheppard helps them build a plan that changes culture.

Stephen was handed a production team at 18 at one of the largest churches in America. He had no structure and no idea what he was doing. He learned on the fly, made the mistakes, and felt the weight of leading people and solving tech problems at the same time. That road is why he understands training teams so well.

Over the past decade, Stephen has led production for churches, national events, and tours, including work with Elevation Church, Dude Perfect, MrBeast, and more. He has led teams from a 150-person campus to a 150,000-person broadcast. He now consults with church production teams across America.

Stephen leads production leaders out of guesswork and into clarity, so they can lead their people, not just manage weekends.
