Jay Stevens is a Director at Jefferson, Urian, Doane & Sterner, P.A. in Georgetown, Delaware.

He is a certified Delaware CPA, Personal Financial Specialist, and is certified with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jay studied at the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton Business School.
